In the research project called "Silent Aircraft", funded by FINEP and Embraer S.A. and involving some Brazilian universities, including the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), an extensive study has been conducted to better understand the behavior of such elements, as well as to predict its effect on engine noise.
